I have read in many books to get the best health benefit from Tai Chi practice at sunrise and sunset.  This really makes the most sense to me for many reasons. One reason is that you begin and end your day with some healthy form of moving meditation exercise. I took a ride from Long Island this morning to visit my cousins who live in Brooklyn NY. My cousins live very close to Owl's Head Park in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Since the weather was so nice today I thought it would be cool if my cousin took a video of me practicing the Yang Tai Chi 37 short form in the park.
